We are fully mobile, so we can meet you at home, work, school, your lover’s house, or wherever your vehicle happens to be. We just need permission and a safe, level area with enough room to work.

Where do appointments take place?
We come to you in Fort Collins and nearby communities. Park on a safe, level surface with room to work. We bring the tools; you get to keep your coffee and avoid a waiting room.
Will I know the price before the work starts?
Yes. We explain the recommended work and confirm pricing first. No mystery math, surprise extras, or calling a man for a second opinion.
Do I need to provide tools or parts?
Nope. No designated “car guy” is required either. Share your vehicle’s year, make, model, and service needs so we can arrive prepared.
Can I book if I don’t know what is wrong?
Absolutely. “It makes a weird noise” is a valid opening statement. Choose an assessment and tell us what you hear, see, or feel. You do not need to diagnose it yourself.
Do you work on motorcycles?
Yes. We provide basic motorcycle maintenance including oil changes, brake service, and carburetor cleaning and tuning. Share the year, make, model, and service you need when booking so we can arrive prepared.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a $35 fee. Missed appointments or cancellations after we arrive may be charged a $50 fee. Severe weather, unsafe working conditions, and emergencies can be rescheduled without a fee. No lectures or guilt trips, just a little notice so we can keep the schedule running smoothly.
